When is the event?
The Seafair Soirée will take place on Saturday, March 7.
VIP Guests: Arrival at 6:00 PM (includes open bar in VIP room)
General Admission Guests: Arrival at 7:00 PM
The evening concludes at 10:00 PM.

Guests will enjoy panoramic views of the Seattle skyline from the top of the city’s tallest building.
What food and beverages will be available?
Guests will enjoy light bites throughout the evening along with curated wine tastings.

Is this a fundraiser?
Yes. The Seafair Soirée is a fundraising event supporting Seafair programs that bring community celebrations, youth engagement, and cultural events to the region each year.
During the evening we will also host a Raise the Paddle moment, where guests will have the opportunity to make a direct contribution to support Seafair’s mission and programs.
Your participation helps ensure Seafair traditions continue to bring people together across the Pacific Northwest.
Will there be an auction?
Yes! A silent auction will be available during the evening.

The silent auction closes promptly at 9:00 PM, so be sure to place your bids before then.
When does the program begin?
The program will begin at 8:15 PM and will include remarks, highlights from Seafair, and our Raise the Paddle fundraising moment.
What is the dress code?
This is your chance to dress up and have fun with it. Think cocktail attire, suits, tuxes, gowns, or your favorite dressy look. We spend most of the summer in sneakers, shorts, and festival dust, so consider this your excuse to swap it for something a little more polished. Come dressed in whatever version of “dress to impress” feels right for you.
Is parking available?
Parking is available in the Columbia Tower parking garage.
Additional options include limited street parking or reserving a spot nearby ahead of time by using the SpotHero app. We also recommend taking a ride share option.
What is the cancellation policy?
All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend:
You may transfer your ticket to another guest, or
Your ticket will be converted into a donation supporting Seafair
