He's been Voted best bartender in western washigton, and featured by the exclusive James Beard Foundation at Taste America Seattle, he is the go-to mixologist for the Who’s Who list in Seattle and beyond, and he is yours for an evening of private craft cocktail instruction.Your group of eight will join Niles at his highly-acclaimed restaurant, Niles Peacock Kitchen & Bar near the picturesque Edmonds waterfront, and roll up your sleeves for a two-hour deep dive in craft cocktail fundamentals. Learn about the history of cocktails, the nuances of base spirits, how to create balanced drinks with confidence and how to complete your final garnish presentation with flair.
